The blinking is a warning signal: it indicates that the filters need to be cleaned, as stated in the user manual. To reset the maintenance counter, press and hold the last two buttons on the control panel simultaneously for 5 seconds.

What is the difference between filtering hoods and extraction hoods?
Filtering hoods recirculate the air through filters to remove fumes and odours, while extraction hoods expel the air outside.
What are the benefits of anti-condensation hoods?
Anti-condensation hoods effectively eliminate the moisture generated during cooking, protecting cabinets and walls from damage caused by condensation. The technology channels the droplets into specific collectors, keeping the kitchen dry. Particularly useful with induction hobs, they guarantee greater safety and ease of cleaning, preserving the kitchen environment over time.
Is it possible to use pots and pans of different sizes on the cooktops?
Yes, our cooktops are designed to accommodate pots and pans of different sizes, but for induction hobs it is important to use compatible cookware.
How long do grease filters last and when should I change them?
Filters generally last between 12 and 24 months, depending on use. They should be changed when they become discoloured or if the airflow is visibly reduced.
How do I choose the right carbon filter?
It depends on the type of product you have and the cleaning efficiency you want.
How do I change the carbon filters?
To replace the carbon filters in your Esistyle hood, you must first disconnect it from the power supply or turn off the specified switch. Then follow the instructions in your hood’s manual. If your product has a replacement indicator, you must reset it according to the instructions in the manual.
How can I identify my product code at home?
The product code is usually located inside the appliance, except in ceiling hoods where it is located on the outside. You can also find the code on our website in the product specifications section.

Yes. In addition to kitchens, Esistyle allows you to integrate outdoor hoods into the project, combining sleek design and top functionality to enhance the outdoor cooking experience.
Do Esistyle cooktops have a safety function?
All models are equipped with safety functions such as Key Lock, which allows you to deactivate all cooktop controls to prevent accidental use. To activate it, turn on the cooktop with the ON/OFF button, hold down any display for 3 seconds, and slide the slider from 0 to 9. To unlock, repeat the same procedure but slide from 9 to 0. Attention: you have 10 seconds to complete the operation. This function is particularly useful when children are present or when the cooktop is not in use.
Are the Ducting Tubes, Smart Tower, Suction Grilles, Flap Covers, and Odour Filters included with the product?
No, these accessories are not included and must be ordered separately by selecting the models compatible with your specific product.
