Jump Technology
JUMP by Esistyle represents the ultimate evolution of our Venting Hob technology. This new, patented platform combines innovation, performance, flexibility, and ease of use.
Our range incorporates the following cooking technologies: B2, B4, and G5, available in widths starting at 45cm and extending up to 118cm both sizes being unique to the market. Technical solutions and crucial components are essential for this important and very specialist type of Esistyle product.

Cooking platform
Esistyle induction hobs offer a practical, intuitive and functional cooking system thanks to the wide range of settings and control functions needed for an ideal cooking result. The flexible system allows custom adjustments beyond predefined settings to suit personal preferences.
All hobs are equipped with the Bridge function that enables two hobs to be combined into one large cooking area, and with Power Limitation Function for adapting their use in every country. Thanks to octagonal inductors, the cooking zones can be seamlessly connected (via the Bridge function) to create an expanded cooking surface.

Aspiration System
Brushless motor
All Esistyle Venting Hobs are equipped with a silent and powerful 800 m³/h brushless motor system, guaranteeing maximum suction performance with extremely low energy consumption and noise emissions.
Innovative inclining motor
The brushless motor delivers maximum extraction power while maintaining extremely low consumption and noise levels. This compact, efficient, reliable suction system provides optimal capacity to capture fumes and vapors.
Part of Esistyle’s patented design optimizes airflow efficiency. The strategically positioned extractor inlet ensures maximum performance while significantly reducing noise during Venting Hob operation.

Air Speed
This innovative system with a tilted Brushless motor creates an efficient air speed that guarantees the perfect capture of all the vapours and odours generated during cooking, even with tall pans.

Smart Tower
Smart tower is the suction tower that is able to completely extract the vapors emitted by containers of different heights without having to use the lid. A patented and simple system that can be used as an accessory in the entire line of Esistyle suction plates, from the 45 cm model up to the 118 cm one.

Flap Cover
This ingenious technology, combines in a single component the aesthetic cover, the suction grill and the deflector (FLAP) which directs the air flow to the desired position.

NRS (Noise Reduction System)
NRS (Noise Reduction System): noise level at 55 db(A) with a suction flow rate of 516m3/h. Activating the double Booster you get 659 m3/h and 64 db(A). Exceptional performance with incredible quietness.


Technical sponge
In the event of an accidental overflow (e.g. during boiling) into the
suction area, the Technical Sponge will capture the liquid dropped
into the product by to its high absorption capacity which is more
than 20 times its weight.

Grease Filtration Systems
Dual-panel filtration system (each with 10+2 layers of aluminum) in Total Black finish, combined with a metal collection tank designed to collect any liquid spills during food cooking. Useful, extremely practical to remove and reinstall in the product.”

Installation
Outlet to the plinth with telescopic channels
Both for the extraction version with external outlet and for the filtering version with air outlet in the kitchen, it is possible to install it with a duct (metallic and telescopic) designed to conduct the air under the plinth and transfer the air outside or inside.


Rear exit towards the service void
For a non-invasive installation to the kitchen structure, thanks to the effective filtering action of the ceramic filters, the purifiedair can be returned to the room through the void at the back of the furniture. This is a practical, fast and very simple to use solution.
